Cod Gourmet Days

The good reception of the first edition of the Cod Gourmet Days, more than 30 years ago, was the precursor of the rest of the annual gourmet days we offer.

Historically, cod has been and continues to be, today, one of the most important foods in traditional Catalan cuisine, and every year we are proud of the trust you place in us enjoying the best fresh cod, selecting the best specimens in close collaboration with our supplier.

In this tasting menu, we have taken care of the complexity of each elaboration, so that the richness of the cod will turn you into true gourmets.

The Cod Gourmet Days consist of an extensive menu which offers a variety of dishes to make you feel like a monarch, giving prodigy to the palate, tasting cod in various elaborations.
